集團開展工程管理暨安全生產半年檢查

        根據集團2020年工作計劃安排，結合“安全生產月”活動要求，依據《濱州交通發展集團2020年度各權屬公司運營管理考核方案》，6月28至30日，集團成立檢查組，由副總經理高明耀、劉漢興帶隊，邀請市交通運輸局安全監督科科長高惠和、市公路事業發展中心趙華文為特聘安全專家，工程部及投資經營部相關人員參加，對各權屬公司及在建項目開展工程管理暨安全生產半年檢查考核。

檢查組先后對濱州公路工程總公司及沾臨一標、S309田高線，濱州路達置業有限公司及沾臨三標一工區，濱州市公路工程監理咨詢公司及黃河四橋項目，山東恒鑫公路工程有限公司及無棣老城區防汛排澇工程，山東恒通公路工程有限公司及S228黃臨線工程，山東開創公路工程有限公司及好生鎮花卉路工程，濱州公路勘察設計院進行了檢查。通過現場檢測、座談交流等方式，全面檢查了質量安全責任體系建立及落實情況、在建項目環保及文明施工情況、安全及疫情防控措施情況、各類安全隱患的排查整改等情況。


檢查組要求各權屬公司在工程質量、安全生產管理方面做到以下四點：一是在工程質量方面做到抓實、抓細，在保證質量的前提下加快進度；二是建立健全各項安全生產規章制度，對存在的安全隱患和發現的問題要建立臺賬，立即整改；三是按照濱州市“環保百日攻堅行動”部署要求，高度重視安全、環保、文明施工；四是牢固樹立“黨政同責、一崗雙責、失職追責”的安全生產責任意識，從嚴落實安全生產主體責任和安全生產全員責任。
